Do you take the bins out and return them the same day?
No — we roll them out the night before pickup, and return them the evening after pickup.
What’s included in the $40/month?
Up to two standard residential bins and a standard driveway with reasonable access. No loose bags, bulk items, or furniture.
Can you access my bins if they’re in a closed garage?
Yes, if you choose that option and provide a secure access method (like a garage code). We’ll cover details in the service agreement.
How do holidays/schedule changes work?
For launch, we’ll follow your municipality’s posted holiday schedule and communicate changes.
