These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to text messages sent by BinSprint LLC ("BinSprint") to customers and prospective customers who voluntarily opt in to receive text messages from BinSprint.
You may opt in by entering your phone number on a BinSprint website form and checking the optional SMS consent checkbox before submitting the form. The checkbox is not pre-selected. You may submit a service request or purchase BinSprint services without consenting to text messages.
If you opt in, BinSprint may send recurring automated text messages related to your service request or customer relationship, including:

Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help or email courtney@binsprint.com.
Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from BinSprint. Consent applies only to messages from BinSprint related to the purposes described above.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. BinSprint may use service providers solely to operate its messaging and other business systems, but those providers may use information only to perform services on BinSprint's behalf.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a BinSprint text message. After you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that messaging program unless you opt in again.

These SMS Terms govern only the BinSprint text messaging program. Terms for BinSprint curbside bin service are available in our Service Agreement.
