Do you collect the garbage?
No. BinSprint does not collect, haul, or dispose of garbage. Your regular trash company still empties your bins. BinSprint rolls the bins from their storage location to the curb before pickup and returns them after collection.
Do you take the bins out and return them the same day?
No — we roll them out the night before pickup, and return them the evening of pickup.
What’s included in the $40/month?
Up to two standard residential bins and a standard driveway with reasonable access. No loose bags, bulk items, or furniture.
Can you access my bins if they’re in a closed garage?
Yes, if you choose that option and provide a secure access method (like a garage code). We’ll cover details in the service agreement.
How do holidays/schedule changes work?
For launch, we’ll follow your municipality’s posted holiday schedule and communicate changes.
